Niamh Galea ships from Sydney, Australia. We ship worldwide at the flat rates provided on our website, if you would like a custom rate for your location please contact us at hello@niamhgalea.com

Parcels are shipped with online tracking, therefore it is essential you provide us with your correct email to receive tracking updates. If the incorrect email is provided we do not take responsibility for tracking updates. Allow us up to two business days to process your order, in addition to the time agreed to for pre-order and made to order garments. Express orders are shipped same day if ordered before 3pm and next day if ordered after 3pm.

If you order multiple pieces your order will ship when the entire order is ready. While we do our utmost to ensure preorder styles are ready by the delivery date listed, sometimes factors outside our control mean they may ship late. If you would like your order shipped in multiple pieces please contact us directly.

Niamh Galea does not accept responsibility for missing, stolen or delayed parcels once the parcel is dispatched to the delivery address on your order and the tracking number is provided to you. Each piece is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely and promptly. Shipping labels are automatically created based on your checkout information so please ensure that the address provided is accurate.

In the instance that a parcel is missing or lost please notify us and we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post. We do not offer refunds for damaged, lost or stolen packages during transit.

International orders may incur customs duties and other taxes in your country. These charges are entirely your expense. If you choose not to pay these charges and the item is returned to sender, you will not be refunded.
