返金ポリシー
Niamh Galea does not accept returns for refund. However, full priced items may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving. Returned goods must be sent back in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and all original tags intact.
Goods purchased may only by fully refunded if in the rare case there are any major faults that we cannot rectify via repair or replacement (Please see ACCC for list of major faults).
Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and the original shipping costs will not be included in return/exchange costs.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
1. Contact hello@niamhgalea.com within five business days of receiving the garment and let us know you'd like to exchange it for another size, or for store credit. Please note Instagram dm’s will not be accepted as notice of intent to exchange.
2. Post the garment to

with your order number written in or on the parcel, within five business days of the exchange being authorised. Retain your proof of postage, and send the tracking number to hello@niamhgalea.com. The garment remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so please take care with packaging to avoid damage in transit.
3. Once we receive the original garment, we'll make sure it's unwashed, unworn and unused—beyond being tried on at home for fit. Provided your garment meets these conditions, we will then generate a personalised store credit code for the value of your item. This can be used to purchase your preferred size or style.
In the unlikely event we receive an item in unsuitable condition, or an item is lost in transit, you will not be provided with a refund or exchange.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for any costs associated with shipping the item back to us. Custom items are not eligible for the cooling off period.
