Fit flexibility is a term we coined in 2018 that captures a lifelong mission to design and make clothes that fit a range of bodies (of different sizes, ages and genders) in different but uniquely flattering ways.
We definitely haven't cracked the code yet, but try to bake in some range of fit flexibility into every piece, so as you expand and shrink over your life, or when you decide to put your pieces on resale world or maybe give them to your child or friend or lover (even just to borrow for one night), they are able to fit them too.
With this in mind our sizing can get a little bit confusing!! The below chart should help you choose the right fit; simply use your measurements to see where you best sit on our chart. If something is marked "fit flexible" on our website, then it is designed to fit this entire size range comfortably.

all measurements in cm. these are the body measurements we recommend each size for; choose by your measurements, not the letter.
In general Niamh Galea is designed to fit from an XS to a 3X but we strongly encourage using your own measurements as there is no global standard for sizing and these "sizes" vary greatly from brand to brand.
